She’s still surrounded by the original players who have always loved and adored her, me half the time, her daddy half the time, her GG, Papa, Gampie and Grammie as much as possible. Sunday, July 26, 2009. If you don't count the Bob Marley concert we went to when I was 38 weeks pregnant, Maddy went to her first concert last weekend. Our neighborhood has concerts in the park and this particular one was a Neil Diamond cover band called Hot August Night. The singer of course wore is sequined shirt - thank goodness because we wouldn't have been able to see him otherwise! Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Maddy has a rotten cold - nasty cough, lots of snot, and an ear infection. I hate that she doesn't feel well but LOVE my little cuddle bug. Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Maddy and her new potty. We got Maddy a potty to stick in the bathroom so she starts getting used to seeing a potty and sitting on it when we go. I had to bring it out when I first brought it home. We won't be using it for it's intended purpose for quite a while. :). Monday, February 8, 2010. Maddy loves her cake.

Saturday, March 27, 2010. Maddy had a blast today at the Ladera Ranch Easter celebration. She grabbed eggs, had a hot dog in the buff, and kind of jumped in a bounce house. Maddy's Great Aunt Kathy sent her an early birthday present and she LOVES it! She spent all evening on the patio in her car.ate dinner in her car.brought her blankies in her car. I always hate to see "Learning Years" pop up on my my iPhone caller ID because it almost always means one of the boys is sick and has to be picked up. Voicemail. Started with, "This is Johnna. Monday, December 13, 2010. What kind of mom packs ONE pair of shoes for a trip to the beach for a four year old boy? Yet another nomination for lousy mother-of-the-year! We are blessed with a family beach house in Lincoln City that we grossly under-use! We packed up the troops and their endless gear (by the way, it's just as much crap for one night as it is for three) and met Jer's dad and his wife for a quick and fun weekend. Are we having fun yet?
