Over Christmas I had a nasty gastro-intestinal virus that caused me to lose 7 pounds in five days. So I am currently at my ideal weight and will therefore not be recording my food in this on-line journal. I have sent copies of the Fiddle Diet out to the recipe testers and once we finish with the talks with publishers I will make the diet available to all. December 29, 2010.
