I was going to say “diet starts Monday” yet again, but realised the best thing to do was just start. 8211; the girls and I started Week 1 Day 1 of the Couch to 5K plan. Warm up walk 5 minutes. I was going OK until I got to about 9 minutes, when I started to develop sharp pain in my upper chest and back on the left side. By 11 minutes I had to stop. Today we're gonna talk a little about what we want, and the steps to get goals set.think about it over the weekend , maybe grab some pictures that "talk" to you, and eventually make a set of specific goals and do the steps to get there.
