Sunday, April 17, 2011. This isn't an exact recipe.it's kind of a combination of a few recipes. Just play with it- add what you think sounds good, omit what you don't like. So here's my best. Guess at a recipe:. 2-3 grilled chicken breast, shredded. 1 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese. 3-4 TB olive oil. 1/3 C cream cheese, softened. 1 C sharp cheddar. 3/4 C Monterrey jack. 2 TB minced onion. 1-2 tsp. cumin. 1-2 tsp. dried cilantro. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Recipe via Martha Stewart Everyday Food Magazine. 2 large tomatoes (1 1/2 pounds). 1 medium white onion, halved. 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 2 limes). Coarse salt and ground pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 Heat broiler, with rack in top position. Place tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and garlic in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Monday, October 31, 2011. 12 whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes). 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil. Kosher Salt To Taste. Black Pepper To Taste. Rosemary (or Other Herbs Of Choice) To Taste. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in as many potatoes as you wish to make and cook them until they are fork-tender. On a sheet pan, generously drizzle olive oil. Monday, May 18, 2009. Chocolate and Cool Whip. 1 1/2 cup flour. 3/4 cup butter, melted. 1/2 cup chopped nuts. 8 oz cream cheese (softened). 1 cup powdered sugar. 1-12 oz container cool whip. 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding. 3 cups cold milk. Mix 1st 4 ingredients- press in 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup cool whip and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk and beat until thickened.

Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 1 pizza dough, any kind. 1/2 cup plum sauce. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons honey (I actually used brown rice syrup to make it vegan friendly). 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar. 1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and cut into matchsticks. 4 scallions, chopped. 1 cup bean spouts, a couple of handfuls. Palm full cilantro leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, 2 ounces. Black Bean Sweet Potato Burritos.

Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 2/3 cup coconut oil. 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 cups coconut milk. 1/2 cup soy milk. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 2 tsp coconut extract. 2 tbsp lightly packed, finely grated lime zest. 2 cups cake flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 2 cup unsweetened coconut. 190; cup vegetable shortening. 190; cup soy margarine. 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract. 1/3 cup fresh lime juice. 5 cups confectioners sugar. 1 ½ tsp finely grated lime zest. Extra coconut and limes for decorating.

Sunday, February 16, 2014. Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. 1 can cream of chicken. 2 cups cooked chicken. 2 packages (4 oz. each) long grain and wild rice (I use Farmhouse brand). 5 cups chicken broth. Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. You can also cook on the stove for about 30-45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. Recipe from {Erin Lounsbury}.
