As much as I would like to agree that women are loving caring creatures while men are selfish brutes, this simply isn’t true. Furthermore, I don’t think that’s what Mr Carter meant when he said. 8220;Every word I ever wrote was for women”. For a more fulsome discussion of this issue see my comments on. The Women’s Vote…? | Making Alberta Better

A place to exchange ideas. Skip to primary content. The Women’s Vote…? October 9, 2011. The pundits (whoever they are) are saying that Alison Redford swept into the Alberta Premier’s office because of the women’s vote. This blinding bit of insight appears to be based in part, on comments made by Ms Redford’s campaign strategist, Stephen Carter. Mr Carter characterizes women as the power in our society, the ones that form bonds and have empathy for one another. What do you think? October 9, 2011 at 2:42 pm.

Do you ignore your party allegiances (temporarily), buy a PC membership and vote for her? Is that being hypocritical or just practical? This entry was posted in Politics. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

A place to exchange ideas. Skip to primary content. Where the rubber meets the road. August 7, 2011. It’s fine to talk about politics…to argue about who has the best healthcare policy or the best approach to exploiting our natural resources…talk is good but action is better. The point is that every citizens action group needs to. One final point about citizens action groups, it’s important to put your money where your mouth is. If the existing regime is unwilling to change its policies in a way that ...

Making a Life | A little bit of everything
A little bit of everything. Menu, Week of 1/11. January 12, 2015. This is my third menu plan for the year! I am on track for menu planning again! I know, this is very exclamatory, but I have been really slacking on the menus, and suffering for it. I have missed the ease of a menu already in place, and made abortive attempts to reboot the habit for months with very little success. Now, though, I seem to be doing it, and I am super happy about that. Chili, pasta for the kids. Crockpot Chicken Tikka Masala.
