MAKING IT BLISSFUL | handmade happiness
October 28, 2014. Got myself a domain name and start off afresh HERE. August 7, 2014. My version of chicken stew uses lesser meat and I am glad that my family is consuming more vegetables than meat. This chicken stew basically needs only carrots, potatoes and chicken meat. Other ingredients that would be great with this recipe includes celery, firm tofu and zucchini. I usually see what’s left in the fridge, to vary the dish slightly. 1 chicken breast, chopped into bite size. 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

CRAFTS DECOR FOOD STYLE CATS. DIY: MINI KILL-PROOF TERRARIUMS. This past weekend, I went to the Renegade Craft Fair. And got totally inspired to try planting my succulents terrarium style with decorative pebbles, sand, and moss. Idea/inspiration credit goes completely to Terrarium Shop by Urban Anonymous. Check back soon for my Renegade round up to see what else I loved. A vessel (here I gathered a tuna can, pesto jar, and mini bottle). Tiny plastic animals (optional). Preserved and dyed reindeer moss.

Making It Bright
Adventures in Local Produce / CSA Week 3. From Green Pastures CSA. It was dark and raining by the time anyone was home to retrieve the box, but everything did ok. Kale, squash, broccoli, green onions, sugar snap peas, strawberries. What's In Our Pool Bag. To get both kids (and myself) ready for a day of pool fun, it takes a big ol' bag of supplies. Here's what I've been using this summer. The bag: my trusty Lands End Natural Canvas Tote (medium). And it's only $20 right now! The towels: We use normally j...

Making it Click: New Technologies for the Classroom - Home
Making it Click: New Technologies for the Classroom. A New Media in Education. Every day, it seems, a new means of communication surfaces to reshape the ways people interact. For some, such rapid change can be disorienting. In fact, at first even the written word was not taken seriously as an effective medium of communication. The way the clicker works as a tool for communication is simple: a professor adds discussion questions to a presentation, and then, when the issue comes up in class, students use t...
