Sunday, May 25, 2014. Not sure if you noticed, but I've been taking a little break from my blog for the past five months. It's been a crazy time for my family! Down the Learning Road: A year without a class= A year of craftiness/Currently
http://downthelearningroad.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-year-without-class-year-of-craftiness.html
Sunday, September 8, 2013. A year without a class= A year of craftiness/Currently. I redid my crate seats, they were looking a bit dingy from last year. I can't seem to find a picture though. This time I decided to go with one color and number them. I used some of my old thirty one fabric swatches to create the numbers. I think I will either paint the crates or get some new ones. Has anyone tried painting them before? Here are a few non-classroom things I made:. Love my new monogram shirt! And of course,...

http://fourthgraderockstars.blogspot.com/2013/09/currently-first-days-of-school-jitters.html

Anyways. so 3 words to describe the first days of school - exhausting. Having the First Day Jitters is tiring. I was up nights before thinking about how this year would be.nervous about everything! It's crazy that I still get the jitters even after teaching for 9 years. Seriously. do they ever go away? Or if they do. is that when I should retire? You have to read it!

Make money from Youtube!
Make money from Youtube! Thursday, February 11, 2016. Youtube Views For The Win! YouTube views are one of the main things it takes to get your video to the top of the search engines for both Google and Bing as well as for ranking in the you tube search engine algorithm right on YouTube.com. A lot of people do not understand that videos just don't show up on the top of Google without some search engine optimization which would include buying YouTube views. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Making Lemonade in Second Grade
Wednesday, April 13, 2016. I was first introduced to the idea of creating Animal Dioramas when my son (who was a first grader at the time), brought home a shoebox and a basic instruction sheet from his teacher to create a diorama of any animal and its natural habitat. Being a mom, I was so excited about the opportunity to help my son create something he was so excited about! Being a teacher, I knew that I had to do a project like this with my own students, but I had no idea where to start. We spent time ...

Mimomma's Backyard
Lessons, Bible, activities, school, homeschool, bublic, private, fun. Saturday, June 2, 2007. After visiting a recommended website for instructions, Madison and I picked from my 'sewing closet' a fabric to make her 'twirly skirt.' I tweaked the pattern a little bit as I didn't want her skirt to look like a 'pillowcase dress gone south'. I gave the pattern a bit more contour by putting more fabric into the bottom and cutting less around the waist. Here's the result! Links to this post. One of these lepers...

Making Lemonade out of Lemons
Making Lemonade out of Lemons. Sunday, April 3, 2011. She then told us that we had to go by Krispy Kreme and get her some donuts for being mean. All in all the night was fun, except for me having to push my car and all of the people at Pizza Inn staring at us laughing. My friend Nicole's older sister finally had her baby last Thursday. She named the little girl Harlee Grace and she was eight pounds seven ounces and was 22 inches long. It seemed like we were waiting on her to have her baby forever!

Katherine Perreth | Slice of Life Vignettes
Making Lemonade With Ben: The Audacity To Cope. Slice of Life Vignettes. 8230;she came upon a low curtain she had not noticed before, and behind it was a little door about fifteen inches high: she tried the little golden key in the lock, and to her great delight it fitted! She knelt down and looked along the passage. Into the loveliest garden you ever saw. Her face brightened up at the thought that she was now the right size for going through the little door into that lovely garden. WOW I laughed hard en...
