http://craftsfromtheattic.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Crafts from the Attic. Sunday, December 5, 2010. This year I put up my tree earlier than usual! It's definetly a cat magnet! I have to keep moving things further up, leaving the bottom branches a bit bare! Phoebe has her eye on a shimmery disco ball! Scooter is a bit more brazen than her mother. It wouldnt surprise me to see her actually in the tree! I made some altered binder clips and displayed some Christmas tags in them. They can be used for displaying photo's, memo's and business cards, etc. I took ...

http://travelingdownacraftyroad.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Two Techniques, Double the Fun. Tami Bayer, lead at Fiskateers.com, hosted a Stamp Out online crop a few weeks ago. This card had some issues and didn't make the stamp out deadline but I'm happy to post it here, now. The background utilizes Tim Holtz' brushless watercolor and rock candy distress stickles techniques. The background stamp is from Fiskars Plumage set and I generously applied additional distress ink with blending tool and foam before doing the rock candy part. Please s...

Traveling Down A Crafty Road: Creative Chemistry 101--Day 10, last class
http://travelingdownacraftyroad.blogspot.com/2012/04/creative-chemistry-101-day-10-last.html
Sunday, April 1, 2012. Creative Chemistry 101- Day 10, last class. Only one tag for this day but it is a beautiful technique. I'm looking forward to using this again and again! This technique was Rock Candy Distress Stickles. My stamp is from Fiskars Asian Inspired Set. It's a large background acrylic stamp and I had trouble getting the stamp to accept the distress ink. When that happens, I usually rub a white eraser over the acrylic. I couldn't find my eraser! So I used Colorbox pigment inks.

Looking forward to the concert the next time we see her. Here’s what I did. Thank you for taking the journey with me. Rock on! Sunday, September 27, 2009. A NEEDLE CASE for National Sewing Month. Long time since I did any embroidery and it shows! The materials used were just the odd bits at hand- an orange felt square (dyed w...
