Sunday, January 5, 2014. Today we are getting a true "snowstorm." 7 inches of snow, blowing winds, and tomorrow the wind chills will be -40 to -50 below! So, since church was canceled and it is too cold to be outdoors, we brought the outdoors indoors to us! A tub of snow in the bathtub with colored water, bowls, scoops, etc. = over an hour of "snowday" fun! We made snow ice cream! And a snowman scene for lunch. :). Jared, Lana, Morgan, and Kelsey. Thursday, December 26, 2013. At Grandma and Grandpa Hart's house on Christmas Eve. At Grandma and Grandpa Habegger's on Christmas Day. Grandpa surprised the girls by having his old train set put up in the basement. He got it for Christmas one year when he was about Morgan's age. :) They were mesmerized by it! Making memories with you. Sunday, August 17, 2014. Trust in the promise giver, more than the promises given. I couldn't figure anything out. So how was I going to type about something meaningful if I couldn't get right with God? If I couldn't stop asking him "why" instead of saying "if it is your will". Thinks. And ultimately isn't that what a diary really is, your deep thoughts? And more about Him. I just said Me, I, My 50 times! I was, and he kept telling me how unworthy. So here I am, feeling clarified.
