Last week my weigh in was on my friend's analog scale since I was house sitting and didn't have my digital scale. So maybe last week I didn't really lose 1.8 lbs? I got in 4 workouts this week 3 running workouts on the treadmill and 1 new workout class called Total Body Conditioning at Move It Be Fit. Monday, June 28, 2010.
