New Year's resolution: update more often! 2011 is full of exciting projects and events for Makoto Taiko. Among our big projects for the year are 1) making new uniforms and 2) producing a taiko educational DVD. Both projects are already under progress and we're really excited to see the final product! For our next performance this coming weekend, we are going.to Kauai! Peace and Prosperity,.

I can't believe how much I learned about myself mentally and emotionally. The workshops were informative and very helpful. My desire to be a better player has increased 10 fold. After settling down from the excitement of our annual concert, we have already begun preparations for our next biggest performance of the year: the World Festival of Sacred Music.
