Youth Church Malawi Team 2011. Monday, June 27, 2011. What a great day! What a great day we had yesterday! We woke up to perfect weather, and had an excellent breakfast. We left first thing and traveled to malengunde, a training facility for the youth here in Malawi. Stanley, Kennedy, grace and jen explained to us the status of the youth, and how this training facility will change so many people's lives. It was a great way to go in to our project. Youth Church Malawi Team 2011. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Thank you all for your prayers! It has been a great week! I apologize for no new posts. We have been in a pretty remote place. I am currently in line with the bus driver, waiting for gas! There is a major gas shortage, so please pray that it comes soon. We will get gas, but if it doesn't come to the station we are at in the next few hours, we will have to buy it at triple the price. Either way, we will get it. So no need to worry.

Malawi Sweat Equity Trip. Saturday, October 30, 2010. Here are some before and after pictures of the work we have done and a good demonstration of why we needed 3 weeks to complete the task. Andrew was the only person brave enough to go on the roof to repair and seal up the leaks in the houses. These are the brand new classrooms which is where the majority our time and money was spent. With a growing school, more classrooms were necessary and will hopefully encourage more teachers to work at Misangu.
