Online collection of my favorite recipes. For personal use only. Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Brown Sugar Spiced Baked Chicken. This is an excellent. Over organic bone-in chicken breasts. 2 large bone-in chicken breasts. 2-1/2 TBS brown sugar. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp dried oregano. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together sugar and all seasonings. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly with the sugar/spice rub. Placed on a rimmed baking sheet. 1 tsp fresh ginger.

Makes 2 cups. 1/2 can (14.5 ounce) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. 3 TBS tahini (optional). 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. That I found on pinterest. 16 oz can diced tomatoes. 6 oz can tomato paste. 6 oz can tomato sauce. 8 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 onion, chopped. 4 carrots, peeled and chopped. 1 tsp black pepper. My girls love it! 1 TBS olive oil. 1/4 cup frozen onion. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1/2 tsp ground cumin. 2 can black beans, drain and rinsed. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 pkg frozen corn. Recipe and made it back in December. I made it again today and adapted it to make it whole 30. It turned out great! 1 apple, cored. 1 pear, cored. 1/4 cup whole cranberries(fresh or frozen). 2 dates, pitted. 1 cup coconut milk ice cubes. 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice. A splash of water. And Maleah is my biggest fan by far.In fact after the ceremony she told my that she cheered for me and said "go mommy! With that, since then, every time she hears or sees something that resembles a "gra-jashun," she asks me, "is that that your 'gra-jashun' mommy? Among other things, she was recently Tinkerbell for Halloween.which I didn't mind because "tink" doesn't wear pink! Another child, appose to just playing.
