Get Fit With Mama Cass. Monday, April 11, 2011. So in the past few weeks, I have gained about 12 pounds! Not good at all! I'm not really sure what is going on. I am not working out any less and my eating hasn't changed, but I am definitely gaining, my pants are telling me so! I went running today in an effort to combat the spring pounds. Mama Cass Tips and Tricks. Found this one in an issue of Parenting magazine. Mix 1 tbsp each of sugar, baking, soda, and water in a bowl and rub onto your lips. Let set a minute or two before wiping off, and viola! No more flaky chapped lips. Rub a little whiskey or vodka on a baby's gums when they are teething to help soothe and relieve some of their pain. It helps to numb reduces the swelling in their gums too. In a measuring cup, combine:. Squeeze of fresh lemon juice (or 10-12 drops bottled juice).

I did everything but workout by 8:30 this morning! Cleaned the house, vacuumed, mopped, dusted, laundry, dishes, etc and showered! Today felt good though.
