I am not working out any less and my eating hasn't changed, but I am definitely gaining, my pants are telling me so! I went running today in an effort to combat the spring pounds. I did everything but workout by 8:30 this morning! Cleaned the house, vacuumed, mopped, dusted, laundry, dishes, etc and showered! Today felt good though.
