Thursday, July 28, 2011. My lovelies and littles. This week has been just like "July in Minnesota is supposed to be". Or so the radio announcers said today. Supposed to be or not- I agree with this lovely less humid, yet hot weather. It promotes fun days with my dearest friends, at local parks, nestled by lakes, grassy hills, sun-kissed cheeks, laughter, hugs, and bonding. -Did I mention I LOVE SUMMER! So, although it needs some tweaking (gotta fix the curtains, and arrange the dresser top, and find a small reading chair for Asher, and a sling book shelf) his nursery was finished last month. I can't believe I let it slide until he was nine months old! It doesn't happen. Just do it before the little love child arrives and be done. lesson learned. oh well. These are some snap shots from this morning. Asher seems to enjoy his new room! He likes it so much he could (does) eat it!

Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Our littlest family member on christmas. Johnson Christmas Card, 2012. First, MERRY CHRISTMAS! This is our first Christmas season to spend at home with just our little family. We feel blessed to be missing such wonderful family and their celebrations back in IA and AZ, but I must admit- it's really relaxing to be home too! My OB doesn't want me to risk another ambulance ride back to MN like with Asher, so we're playing it safe and sticking close). Or "Love you Baby SISTER".

Friday, November 21, 2008. I love how John Mayer has gone from sort of a pop artist, to more acoustic, and now he is probably one of the best blues musicians alive in the world right now. I am kind of obsessed with his Where The Light Is CD. And Live Blues Night every Sunday night in Uptown. Dude, I am completely obsessed with it too! Thursday, 3 September 2009. Back to school, back to school. And so I have returned once again to the place where I have spent 5 years of my life and will willingly give away anther two years to it. Kilkeel High School. This year I am in Year 12, or Lower 6th as it is called and I am beginning the first year of a 2 year course in which I will leave with A-Level grades which will hopefully be good enough to get me into college. So this is pretty much how my first two days of KHS have been spent.

Tuesday, 25 August 2009. Aww flip, that alarm waking me up at 8.00am was not gladly received. Nonetheless I got up and got dressed. I wasn't overly worried or anxious about the results, this was because I did the only thing I could and Jeremiah 29v11-ed a lot. So I was feeling fairly calm. The drive to school was also grand, only it seemed like mum was driving 10 mile and hour! I scanned my eyes down the column marked grades and then I felt all nervous and shaky. I guess my body was working backwards.
