Thursday, April 29, 2010. I made Italian butter cream and I split it into 3 different colors, all different shades of blue. I swirled them altogether on the cake, then added the rock candy. Good news: She loved it. I think it turned out pretty cool. May 3, 2010 at 12:26 PM. Ive never seen a cake with the candy rocks before. I like the way you did the texture of the cake too. And the color. I just really like the cake. June 2, 2010 at 7:20 PM. Love the candy rock idea! The frosting color is amazing.

Wednesday, March 24, 2010. This weekend I made and cake and catered a reception. For the dinner made a taco bar, with shredded beef and chicken with all the fixings and fruit and vegetable platters.
