Tuesday, June 9, 2015. 長野ツアー3：戸隠神社 – Nagano Bike Tour #3. 海外からの客が優勢で、英語が飛び交うゲストハウスはキッチンも使えるので、スープカレーでも作ろうかと門前ぷら座というスーパーまで自転車を走らせた。あいにく我が定番のスープカレーの素は見当たらず、その代わり信州牛とリンゴのカレーという地元の製品が眼に入って食べてみたくなったので、レトルトで済ませることになった。結果はイマイチだったかな。それにしてもこのスーパーの魚類価格は驚くほどリーズナブル。湘南と変わらないくらいだった。山国なのに。 自転車は路駐で過去にトラブルはなかったとの話だったが、お願いして夜遅く入口内のスペースに入れさせてもらった。これで精神衛生的に安心。 Guest House 1166 Backpackers. 翌朝も夏らしい強い陽射しで、駆り立てられる...

Prologo C One.30 Saddle - プロロゴのカーボン･サドル. 今回米国旅行での収穫のひとつがこのC1.30サドルだ。eBayでポチッたものだが、お買い得値段で落札できて、状態もまずまずだった。触ってみるとかなり硬いサドルという印象だが、どこかの書き込みに座った時クッション性を感じると印象が書かれていて、それに賭けてみたわけだ。確かに角度設定を追い込むとフィット感が良くて、同じプロロゴのChoice（旧バージョン）より辛さがなかった。 実際に100km超のツール参加を支障なくこなせたので大丈夫だと思う。そしてこの軽さを獲得したのが最大のメリットでやる気が起きる。但しビブ･ショーツは不可欠。 And bib shorts are essential to wear.
