Chef Adachi Seiji, aged 37, born in Kumamoto, Kyushu. Chef Adachi started his apprenticeship at Sushi Sokoro Miyoshi, in the same year when he was 15. After that he joined Sushi Dokoro Tachibana at Hotel Nikko Kumamoto and started his journey as a chef.
