Monday, August 10, 2015. The week was really good. We had the zone conference on Tuesday, which was really enlightening. We focused on winning more references from the members and on the Atonement. That is a topic I am really starting to focus on in my personal studies. On Friday we had exchanges with the Zone Leaders, I was with Elder Campello from Brazil. We found 7 new investigators in one day! 2 separate families, without knocking any doors! The whole thing really is "Another Testament of Jesus Christ.

Monday, March 30, 2015. Little Miracles and A Birthday. This was a really good week, I had a lot of fun. Lots of little miracles as well. This week we did about 80% repairs on the Chapel/Pension. We put in new fluorescent lights, a new sink, and now all that is left is fixing the water pressure so that we can shower. Monday, April 27, 2015. It was a really good week. My comp and I are getting along really well so far, and yesterday we tied the record for attendance in the branch with 23 people, 4 of which were investigators. We found quite a few new people to teach as well. Sunday I gave a talk on Backbiting and Evil Speaking. Today is Go Texan Day, as Houston kicks off the annual Championship BBQ Cookoff and Houston Livestock and Rodeo. Thursday, February 4, 2010. Old Mission Buddy Visits. One of Brent's mission buddies visited Baton Rouge last week because he had a scheduled interview with OLOL College for one of their graduate programs. It was nice to meet Nathan and have him stay in our home for a night. He and Brent were able to spend a little time together that night checking out the city.
