April 20, 2015. Super Easy and Fast Skillet Lasagna. A friend told me about this delicious skillet lasagna that she made, so of course I had to give it a try. I’m sorry that I can’t recall where her recipe was from so I have made one up. If you’ve never tried the no-boil noodles then you should! They are NOT like regular but are yummy in their own way. This dinner can really be made in 30 to 40 minutes so it is perfect for when you want something cheesy and delicious in a snap. 3 cloves garlic, minced.
