Friday, April 10, 2015. Saturday, April 4:. We left home at 4:30 AM to try and obtain wilderness/camping permits to complete the Trans-Zion Trek. We arrived at the Kolob Canyon Visitor’s Center at 7:45 AM and were able to be first in line at 8 AM. We were able to obtain the permits for the following day.
