He practices very diligently on his violin and loves to play so good at his lesson that his teacher falls over with astonishment. Roman rushed over and showed me the picture that they took. he was so excited about the "pirate" theme on the paper. we have this picture hanging on the fridge. so many emotions/expressions in such a small space. i love it! 150 well spent, i'd say. Tuesday, April 16, 2013. It was just a good reminder to me and encouragement for me to not be worried about who. I'm talking to or what they'll think of me/what i'm saying/ etc. and to just be myself!

Saturday, October 30, 2010. Kids Are So Random. Hiram and I had the funniest conversation as we were laying in bed the other night. It went something like this. I feel something wet and squishy in my ear. It can't be water from the bathtub. It's kind of soft and sticky. I know it couldn't be a gummy bear. ME: How do you know it couldn't be a gummy bear? Updates on our growing family! Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Winter fun and firsts. I'm being surprised more often lately with how well roman and josiah can play together - of course, it sort of depends on the day, but it seems like more often than not, they're enjoying things together. I also love that we can have fun with simple things - things that are super-interesting and fun, even for just a few days - and then we move on to other, random things! Like diaper boxes and clothespins! How big is benjamin?

Updates on our growing family! Friday, December 27, 2013. We are still here! Yes, we are still here and life is still fun and busy and exciting and crazy and good! I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted anything - seriously, I think the last post was November! So I'm going to play some catch-up to get us up to speed and hopefully get on a better/more frequent schedule again! So, way back in December. We pulled out the Christmas decorations. And ate popcorn as we strung it for the tree.

So I have been so kindly reminded again (ahem) by a fabulous girl in Florida (who shall remain nameless, but has the cutest little girl on the planet) :) that I have been slacking on passing along good info to the maybe 3 people that read my blog. So here I am. I am feeling better from the accident, however, Ryan's had a few run in's with the law (think speeding tickets, not jail) so he will be in court at the end of the month for that. Awesome again. Anybody care about that?

Sunday, April 15, 2012. Seth's first Family Picture. We are always attempting to get a good self made family picture since we can't afford to pay for a real photographer. These are at taken at Grandma Crossley in the beautiful springtime in Pittsburgh. Seth is 1 month old, Gordon is 2, Esther is 4, Hiram is 6. Notice his front tooth that is about to come out, and he has lost 3 bottom teeth already. I love these - keep them coming! The Crossley clan is looking great! April 22, 2012 at 10:24 AM.
