He said he was in the kitchen and took a step backward, not realizing little Belle was right behind him. His heel landed squarely on Belley-Belles little paw. Doggies overdosed on meds. So Saturday night, in-laws came home to both dogs in good spirits and a chewed up empty bottle of Jack’s doggy meds on the floor. The meds are for Jack’s torn ACL and are toxic at high levels. Jack, the Brittany, had just gotten home from an overnight vet stay the day before. The vet papers were still sitting on the counter.
