Sunday, April 19, 2009. Shootin' the Carribean breeze. Some highlights from our trip:. Spending time with our wonderful friends Scott and Lindsay. Clearwater Beach, Florida. We bought shell necklaces from a real hippy. Ping-pong tournaments, although we never won! There are some serious players out there! Our favorite was a kung-fu ping-pong serve. Intense. Riding ATVs through the jungle in Mexico. Seeing lizards and a tarantula and a monkey. Spending time, uninterrupted, with just the two of us!

Monday, February 9, 2009. Anything can be a toy if it makes them happy. Naya has taken to emplying the diaper bag whenever she can. The other day she was performing her ritual, and I was letting her because it was keeping her occupied. Nothing in there she can't have right? Tuesday, September 4, 2012. I got some dry ice with one of my shipments, and Jason had an idea to. Show the kids a science experiment. We first tried it in this huge thing with cold water. Not much smokey stuff. Then he decided to put it in a smaller bucket to see. If it would smoke more. Eh, not so much. Then we put hot water in there. SUCCESS! Monday, March 31, 2014. This morning, I came in to the kitchen to find Bethany dancing and moving her arms. Smiling, I asked her "Are you swimming? She enthusiastically replied. So I joined in the fun and we swam together and giggled in the kitchen. After I laid her down, I explained to her that her lovey blanket was dirty and that I would put it in the wash in just a minute so it would be ready for her after her rest. She replied "No no no! Thursday, December 27, 2012. The Holloway's 12 Months of 2012. This has truly been a whirlwind year for us! We've traveled well over 10,000 miles, visited 7 states and driven through many more. And I thought the best way to give you a feel for what we've been up to this year is to give you a monthly play by play! We were blessed with a visit from Travis' parents. This was their first time meeting Bethany, and we loved having them here for their short, but sweet, trip. Making a cardboard box car with dad.

Saturday, November 8, 2014. Our sweet Bethany turned three this past weekend on November 8th. Since Bethany loves superheros and princesses right now, we decided to throw her a Princess party.
