Thursday, 19 June 2008. 18th June - Man Flu. Yes, typical man - am currently on my death bed, unable to climb. Have a dreaded case of a cold. or man flu as us gents prefer to call it. Unable to get out of bed, my nose is sore, you know the drill. Women have no sympathy for us in cases like these, the usual "we just get on with thing when we have a cold". No more climbing for Mark at the moment, am hoping the cold will break and I can get some bouldering done on Saturday. Castle Wall - Vs4c - Morlais.

Saturday, 14 June 2008. 1st June - Take the lad climbing. Dad, whats climbing". Dad, take me climbing". Dad, I wanna come". All quotes from my 6 year old boy named Dylan. I decided to take him to the WICC to try and see if hes got the climbing ability in him. We decided that he needed to wear his spiderman T-Shirt and off we went. I was impressed with the price, £6 in total for harness rental, helmet rental and admission for both of us, the price included bouldering fees for me too. 18th June - Man Flu.

Sunday, 15 June 2008. 9th April - Diet / Chester bouldering. Sat in work day dreaming about climbing I decided it was time to cut out all excess food from my diet, I have to give up the Guiness and get back into trim. I opted for healthy option for dinner and declined a few beers after work. However, on the downside there is no shower facilities and compared to the £3 I pay for the WICC and £2.80 for the University wall I was a bit miffed at a £6.50 price tag, specially considering...18th June - Man Flu.
