Tarte légère aux fruits d'automne. Une pâte feuilletée maison ou la meilleure du marché ( important ). Des pruneaux, prunes en général, figues , au choix. 100 à 150 gr de sucre cristal ( selon les goûts). Pistaches concassées ou noisettes, etc. ( facultatif ). Étaler et piqueter la pâte dans un moule à tarte. Déposer régulièrement les fruits dénoyautés et coupés en deux, côté chair sur la pâte. Parsemer d'eclats de pistaches ou autre. Saupoudrer de 100 gr de sucre cristal ( environ ). Tarte à la rhubarbe.
