The Adventure Begins
On the eve of Week 2. So here I am looking over week two's supersets. Not to much of a difference from week one, just a little extras added on. Im kinda interesting to see what my measurements are tomorrow. I got pretty curious and took a quick body fat measurement today, and I had to check it twice because im now down to about 19% which is a great deal since last monday i was at 21.
