No new pic : ( Had a busy weekend took a vacation at Disney with the fam so the diet was a little bit messed up. Tried the best i could to eat clean but the breakfast buffet killed me. lol. Mixed together and made a pancake. Topped with low cal syrup and fat free whipped topping. South West Crock Pot chicken. Rob, your kickin' some ass! Week 7 Day 4.

Crockpot Chicken and ½ c brown rice. Cable 1 arm Rows. ALL ABOVE WERE 4 SETS EACH. Crockpot Chicken and ½ c brown rice. Push-ups 25x3, pull ups (assisted) 5x3, and Dips (superset).
