Saturday, May 7, 2011. O, for my Housing class, we all did 15 hr projects that we worked on throughout the semester. My project was studying Earthships and learning what it would take to build one in Kansas. I had LOTS of fun! One of the professors helped me by letting me borrow some Earthship books. she's an Earthship nerd like me! I made a model of a basic one to scale. Here it is! Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Tea Cups and Lasagna. If you have never been to my favorite store, Name Brand Clothing (I call it 1/2 'n 1/2) you MUST go sometime! I got this SUPER cute tea cup set for only $9. Retail over $40. It came in a set of 4 cups and 4 saucers. The only thing wrong with them is that one of the saucers had 2 chips on the side. I'm SOOOO excited to use them! Here's the lasagna I made last Saturday. It fed me for the rest of the week! Thursday, January 14, 2010. I was SOOOO weirded out!

Monday, February 28, 2011. This Semester So Far. I Seriously want an Earthship. I'm doing a research project on the architect, Michael Reynolds. He created a completely self sustaining home that not only houses people, but feeds them, too! Using solar and/or wind energy for electricity and each house has it's own water storage system!
