Wednesday, April 18, 2012. I love everything with cheese. pizza, cheese sticks, cheese bread, cheese cakes, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, blue cheese. Name it with 'cheese' and i'll fall in love with it. Sometime this day, i suddenly felt a bad craving for Cheese Manakish. It's an Arabic food made out of thin soft dough and generously topped with chewy. Cheese. Since I know i that wouldn' t be able to find an authentic Manakish just anywhere here in the country, I felt so bad I really wanna cry!
