uleblog2: October 2009
http://uleblog2.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Postcards from my fraggle rock. As a typical child of the 70’s and 80’s, I consider. To be one of the most important figures of my childhood. We are a generation that grew up watching the Holy Trinity of Henson TV:. Sesame Street introduced the beauty of stop motion animation to me. Muppet Show showed me the allure of being behind the scenes. Fraggle Rock bred an awareness and fascination for the existence of perspectives different from mine. Click here for his blog*. Two of ...

http://sweet-trouble.blogspot.com/2005_02_01_archive.html
Rants, raves, book reviews and one girl's thoughts on life, the universe and everything. Thursday, February 24, 2005. If I were to list every book I have ever read, you would not have time to read a single one of them. You see, you would be too busy reading my list. As that would rather defeat the purpose of said list in the first place, we are instead going to focus on what I am reading, or re-reading as the case may be, at the current juncture in time. Sweet Trouble: June 2005
http://sweet-trouble.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Rants, raves, book reviews and one girl's thoughts on life, the universe and everything. Friday, June 03, 2005. Fifteen boxes came from my father's basement, along with a hand me down couch, end table and coffee table for our living room. The furniture was a real boon, but who wants to revist high school text books? Some of the accumulated debris we were able to convince my in-laws to keep on a bit longer, while we deal with the towers of material in the garage marked "OFFICE.". Posted by Talia @ 3:23 PM.

Rants, raves, book reviews and one girl's thoughts on life, the universe and everything. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Books that Stand the Test of Time. I'm inspired by Charlaine Harris' latest blog (see link to the right) to list, not my latest finds from the library, but those books that I return to year after year. The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis. Alanna and other books by Tamora Pierce. I don't read all twenty plus each year, but I do come back to them again and again and again. My apologies...

Also on her website are reviews of what she has been reading, reccomendations and publishing guides for hopeful writers and links to other nifty websites as well. I was amazed to find that this woman whom I so admire, who's books I re-read at least once a year, is still working as a fulltime teacher. Kudo's to you, Sherwood! Posted by Talia @ 1:54 PM.

Sweet Trouble: April 2005
http://sweet-trouble.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
Rants, raves, book reviews and one girl's thoughts on life, the universe and everything. Monday, April 04, 2005. I'm picking up mid-story here, so be sure to read part one of the Birthday saga. I made it to the grocery. The weather turned while I was out, and the skies opened up. Though the bag boy and I got the car loaded before the storm rolled in, driving conditions on the way home were horrible. Why do I mention this? It put a serious crimp in my plans to finish the rocking chair. 10:00 My father and...
