Lynda's Studio: March 2007
http://lyndasstudio.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 25, 2007. I've become addicted to hooking rugs. It is very much like painting. Instead of a brush I use a hook, and instead of paint I use 1/4 inch wide strips of recycled wool cloth. I pull them through a linen backing. I've collected many colors but I am very limited. I must use my painting skills to 'mix' the colors to create the tones and hues I really want. This rug 'Spring Storm. My favorite source for dyed wool cloth. It is approximately 30" x 20". Tuesday, March 20, 2007.

Friday, May 18, 2007. Sitting on the Helliwell Bluffs. Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Robins Under Our Eaves. Last year, just before spring, pieces of insulation started showing up, scattered around the garden path.
