نه چاق نه لاغر. این خونه را ساختم تا بتونم زندگی جدیدی را شروع کنم. هفته دوازدهم روز هشتادم. خوشحالم چون دو روز پیش رفتم روی ترازو و یک کیلو کم کرده بودم. شنبه هم رفتم باشگاه بدنسازی ثبت نام کردم . هفته ای سه روز میرم تا. نمونم ومجبور بشم ورزش کنم. دکتر تغذیه هم رفتم البته از شنبه دیگه رژیمش را شروع میکنم. اما میدونم. به دستورات غذایی که داده توجه نمی کنم و با شمارش کالری مواد. خوراکی مورد علاقه ام جلو میرم. ولی. کنترل میکنه وزنم بالا نره و. چک میکنه تا تاریخ معینی حتما مقدار. شده از وزن کم بشه خوبه .
