Here's to the randomness of life. It throws, we take ukemi. I am no one you know. This is a poem I wrote for class a few weeks ago. It is based on a book of short stories. I couldn't finish the book. It was an intense book. The poem doesn't say as much without the book, but I like it. I am no one you know. But you look at me anyways. Ghosts of your past. Flitting over my face. I am no one you know. But you call out a name. I am no one you know. Though my shadow casts a familiar light. Yet you look anyways.

Here's to the randomness of life. It throws, we take ukemi. In a few hours I leave for a hideously boring flight out to NY. I'll spend the night, then train out to Philly, where I'll spend a relatively sleepless two days getting oriented at DU. Dad's coming with, and we'll train back to NY together where we'll spend a day wandering around before returning early Thursday. Mostly I'm hoping my plants don't die. I'm sad, but I'm happy about it. I cry with a smile on my face. I love with a broken heart and a song in there too. I see the small things, raindrops, and they excite me, yet they depress me. This isn't the definition of bipolar, you're not supposed to have it at the same time! Why am I like this? The tempest of my heart.

I've never been more sure of my feelings for Sweety: I am in love with him! I know, I know, he's only a freshman. And I totally didn't think I *could* fall in love with him. I thought I was going to be in love with Red Delicious forever. But next thing I knew I had fallen out of love with Red Delicious! And then, I was in love with Sweety! Eat that rules of love!
