We were so lucky and blessed to be able to go on this mission trip. Hopefully some of the projects we worked on will be like a seed and grow into blessings for the needy people of Kenya. Just another WordPress.com weblog. We went to visit a giraffe sanctuary. I inserted some pictures of our visit to a giraffe sanctuary. When you fed the giraffe she swallowed your whole hand! Weare feeding the giraffe from a second story balcony. Kevin chose to put the food in his mouth for the giraffe. The giraffe has a very long, wet, sticky tongue. Not my choice of a feeding method! During the safari I wasn’t feeling at the top of my game. I was content to sit back,enjoy the animals, and let Frank take most of the pics. I did take these. This rhinoceros wasnt about to stand up no matter how bad we wanted a picture of him (or her). We are standing on a cliff overlooking the Rift valley. The pink at the top is a row of flamingoes.
