Thursday, November 15, 2012. Bacon wrapped scallops from Target. A box (or more) or Archer Farms bacon wrapped scallops. Where to get it:. Target frozen food section. Preheat the oven to 375F. We transferred the frozen bits to a cast iron pan, but you could do it on a cookie sheet or a foil covered pan (to save time from washing). Cook for 20-25 min or until you see the bacon is golden brown. Good amount of protein, satisfying, great taste. Moderately easy to prepare and great for company.

The next day I was looking through the fridge and all the ingredients I had met beautifully in this 3 minute salad. To make 1 serving you need:. 1 cup chickpeas, drained. 2 tbsp parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp pine nuts. In a large bowl, toss the ingredients together till they are mixed well. Serve and enjoy! They tend to grow bitter if you overcook them, soggy if you boil them. HG's Cheesy Butternut Bake. 4 cups cubed butternut squash. 2 wedges The Laughing Cow cheese, Light Original Swiss. 3/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original). 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. chili powder. 1/8 tsp. pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place squash in large microwave-safe bowl with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and microwave for 6 minutes. Once cool enough to handle, uncover and drain water. Set aside.
