Friday, November 25, 2011. This year we decided to host Thanksgiving at our house, with my parents and sister and her husband. I'm doing a play by play because this was my first time doing the turkey. First I cleaned it. So I could brine it overnight. It didn't quite fit in my biggest stock pot but I just covered it with plastic wrap and hoped for the best. Then Thurs. morning I took it out of the brine and rinsed it again. Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Labor Day and First Days of School. Brooklyn and Tommy started school a couple weeks ago but I only wanted to post once. Lazy I know. Brooklyn was super exited for 1st grade! Tommy only a little excited, for third grade of course. Here are my cute little preschoolers. Anna went the first day by herself because Noah was sick. Noah finally got to go today! Hoping this year is full of fun and lots of learning! I know it's a lot of pictures but I had a hard time leaving any out.

Thursday, December 13, 2012. Over the river and through the woods. To Great Grandmother's house we go! We went to Idaho for Labor Day weekend and spent some time with my family. We did a lot of visiting,. We brought some peaches from Utah and made some pie! Brooklyn and Anna had a grand old time helping their grandmas! Thursday, December 29, 2011. Well since school is out the kids were bored so we let them have a tea party. They dressed up and had hot chocolate and bread with jam and cookies. They had a fun time, Noah hurried and ate his stuff then was ready to move on to other things. Obviously not into the chit chat of a tea party. Christmas Eve and all ready for bed in their new pj's, hoping Santa will come soon! Brooklyn got her a Barbie computer she wanted and Candy Land! Anna got a princess phone and some puppies!

Monday, April 23, 2012. Ok we've had a busy April! Spencer gave us the royal treatment, if that's possible when camping?
