Tuesday, December 31, 2013. This past Friday, December 27th, my sister got married! The sealer knew grandpa because he worked with grandpa with the sealings when he was alive. Monday, September 16, 2013. Above all, I was reminded tonight through one of my favorite verses, 1 Nephi 11:17 "I knoweth that he loveth his children; nevertheless, I do not know the meaning of all things.". Many would chalk this up to luck or just a close call, but I know that is was a tender mercy from my loving Heavenly Father and an opportunity for me to learn the power of prayer, faith, and be reminded of the love of God. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. I wanted to add a touch of Americana to house so I. Moved the freshly done chairs to the front porch and added some tissue paper pompoms for a touch of decor for Memorial Weekend. Of course Fred the Cat. Had to make a cameo. The farmhouse is full of creatures. Like this turtle while I was mowing the lawn. I also had some fun sitting out by a fire and watching fireflies this weekend. We had a Relief Society sleepover for thevYSA group and then headed into St. Louis to the Zoo.

Sunday, August 12, 2012. My family isn't exactly known for their skills in agriculture. I probably come closest, having always had an interest in having a garden (though I haven't made much of an attempt in over a decade. someday when I have a house I need someone to teach me! And soon there was a melon. And just today we found two more:. Mom acts all exasperated about this rogue plant, but the rest of us are extremely entertained.
