JamurBrokoli dan saus tiram memang kombinasi yang pas untuk santapan lezat. 7 buah jamur shitake. 2 siung bawang putih. 1/2 buah bawang bombay. 3 sdm saus tiram. 1 sdm tepung maizena. Rebus brokoli dan jamur setengah matang, angkat dan tiriskan. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Tambahkan saus tiram dan larutan tepung maizena yang sudah di tambah sedikit air. Campur tepung kobe dan tepung sajiku dengan perbandingan 2:1, 2 sendok tepung kobe dan 1 sendok tepung sajiku. Balurkan potongan jamur ke atas campuran tepung, lalu goreng dan angkat jika matang. Coba deh Ayam Goreng Mentega ini. 1/2 Ekor ayam, dipotong kecil-kecil. 3 sendok makan kecap manis. 2 sendok makan kecap asin. 2 sendok makan kecap inggris. 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis. 1 siuang bawang bombay, iris halus. Merica and garam secukupnya. Ayam dibersihkan dan dipotong sesuai selera, dilumuri garam dan merica, diamkan selama 20 menit. Goreng ayam yang telah dibersihkan sampai matang, tiriskan.
