Terong yang enak ketemu sama bumbu rica-rica yang pedas.yummmy! 4 Terong ungu, potong-potong, rendam dalam air garam. 7 buah cabai merah (tergantung selera). 5 siung bawang putih. 10 siung bawang merah. 2 ruas jari jahe. 1 batang serai, iris tipis. 1/2 sendok teh garam. Goreng terong hingga matang, sisihkan. Panaskan 3 sendok makan minyal. Tumis bumbu yang ditumbuk sampai harum. Masukkan terong, Aduk rata. Butuh cemilan di sore hari?
