Here is a fantastic recipe that gets better every time I cook! 2 # ground meat (preferably grass fed or wild game). 1 can diced tomatoes or 1-2 whole tomato diced. 1 12oz jar salsa. 2 1/2 cups chopped celery. Over medium heat the onions, celery and garlic until onions are translucent about 3 or 4 minutes. Then you add the meat, cumin, paprika, oregano and chili powder. S. While this cooks for about 5 to 6 minutes. Then pour in the salsa and tomatoes.

Friday, September 4, 2009. The weekend was great. Taylor and Rachel came into town and we went to First Friday's in downtown Bryan. Dutch also was in town and came to throw some weight around today. I won't post my eating over the weekends (to much to post and I'm never at the computer), but will post my workouts. Friday: Fight Gone Bad = 341. Sunday: Oly Max - - Snatch = 165lbs - - C&J = 215lbs. Monday will start the first annual meeting of the Brazos Valley Barbell Club. September 8, 2009 at 8:37 PM.
