On the inside, I'm a poet. Monday, December 29, 2008. So, we did this really cool thing! We had a 3D ultrasound done at 30 weeks 4 days and could see little Lealou's face. And what's this? Tuesday, September 08, 2009. First Day of School and Other Stuff. Both my big kids this morning, ready for the first day of school. They will both be gone all day long. I'm not sure whether to cry or rejoice! Hadley, ready for Kindergarten! I can't believe Xander is in Third Grade - the boy is huge! Saturday, July 31, 2010. This year for Fiesta Days we decided to take the kids to the parade instead of the pool. They all loved it and I must say, Jake and I both enjoyed it too! As a religous watcher of 'Countdown with Keith Olbermann' the spoof Ben Affleck did of him on SNL last weekend had me ROTFLAMO old school style. The best part is the 'special comment' at the end rant about his cat Mrs. Precious Perfect being the reason he was not allowed into an apartment. He had Olbermann spot on. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. My baby turned 3! My sweet/sassy Livi turned 3 and I can't even believe it! I don't know where the last 3 years have gone! It is so cute. She is always at my side or on my lap and I know the day that will end is coming, so I just enjoy her. I love my sweet, blonde little baby so much! Saturday, November 06, 2010. Because it's funny, that's why. Before the cross-country move, alexander was worried about what we would do with his cactus. naturally, we took it along as a traveling companion and documented its cross-country journey. Stormy skies at a wyoming crossroads. Re-thinking this whole "balance a cactus on my head" thing. The rolling hills of pennsylvania. this was one of the prettiest parts of the drive. also the raniest. Maybe somewhere in indiana? Iowa cornfields and sunny skies.
