A 20-something blogger trying to eat well (on a budget) in Washington, DC. Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Of crepes lies in their utter simplicity. You start with flour, milk, butter and a tiny bit of salt and wind up with a beautiful flat pancake that acts as a blank canvas for savory and sweet flavors. Luckily there are plenty of places in and around DC where you can get this French treat, but one that stands out is Crepe Amour. I had walked by Crepe Amour plenty of times, but. Not only was the food at Cre...

Welcome to TanDigs: Ramblings of an extroverted introvert. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Heading to bed early. Apparently getting up at 6:00am to get to the DMV can make your entire day really exhausting. A blog of writing and wandering. April 18, 2015. Where to go in DC and Oxford? 8211; Ask Me Anything. Well hello there – it’s been a while since I’ve blogged on this little corner of the internet, and I figured I’d pull out my virtual pen and paper and write something to all of you. I think that’s why I currently prefer working on my thesis proposal to working on anything else right now, because at least with that, I am. What was your favourite part of Oxford? I went to uni in DC and studied at Oxford!

A blog of writing and wandering. May 13, 2015. Done with the Semester Iced Coffee. I’m back to the blog with another semester under my belt. As a told a professor via email yesterday, I’m pretty sure this spring was when I discovered the limit of responsibilities classes ( boyfriends drama) that I can handle in one 16 week period. It was a good growing experience, and luckily, my GPA made it out unscathed. As did my sanity, surprisingly. April 18, 2015. Where to go in DC and Oxford? 8211; Ask Me Anything.
