Scaling the Little Mermaid: Song for Hot Water Bottle
http://keoram.blogspot.com/2010/01/song-for-hot-water-bottle.html
Scaling the Little Mermaid. Friday, January 22, 2010. Song for Hot Water Bottle. My subsitute heart, quick. Remedy for loneliness, I'll fill. Your plastic womb with song. And water, remove my socks. And sneak back to bed, into. A nation freed from a world. I finished a poem from two years ago. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Oliver de la Paz.

Scaling the Little Mermaid: June 2008
http://keoram.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Scaling the Little Mermaid. Thursday, June 19, 2008. I'm removing old files from the desktop and stumbled upon these bad ass photos. Man, these are old! We called ourselves PKB. We were geeks growing up and were often mistaken for a multi-cultural club. In our spare time we danced to the 80's in Raph's basement. I miss our guys night out. Monday, June 16, 2008. Sidenote: I'm tired of the way super moves are executed in a superhero movie. Saturday, June 14, 2008. Excerpt From An Email. Monday, June 9, 2008.

Scaling the Little Mermaid: April 2008
http://keoram.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Scaling the Little Mermaid. Friday, April 25, 2008. Pehaps, Love",. A movie, really messed me up. It was herald as the Chinese Moulin Rouge except with a lot less music. I just hate the ending so I'm rewriting it. Here's the new poem. Which is still being worked on. Friday, April 18, 2008. There is a new piece up. It has no line breaks. Check it. It's a group meeting for people who don't know they're dead. A hate crime victim, is the host. Chris Kinison. Thursday, April 17, 2008. N't even near perfect.

holy mischief: August 2009
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 9, 2009. Something for nothing (everything). A few weeks ago, we went to a "free" travel club seminar in order to receive a "free gift" (we ended up with a short vacation which will be fun in the future). i was reminded, though, of a podcast entitled "something for nothing" where they make the case that we always pay. no matter what. I felt that we paid by being exposed to incredibly blatant, and latent, lies. There are so many lies that i tend to believe. It's hard, though, for me not to ...

holy mischief: August 2008
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 4, 2008. We are here in seattle right now and thursday night, our friend ben brought up a great question about holidays and celebrations. we started talking about how the "christian" celebrations we uphold in the US are so much more cultural than they are christian. we talked about why we don't celebrate passover and how easter isn't even biblical. We started to joke about. Which makes more sense. :) we shall see where God leads us, but for now we are thinking and thinking.

holy mischief: stop looking
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2012/04/stop-looking.html
Thursday, April 12, 2012. So, i've heard people say something to single people for a long time: 'as soon as you stop looking, you'll fin d him/her! I sort of feel like that is happening right now, but with friends. Looking back at the last post i put in here, a full two years ago, i was so hopeful about finding a community. but that group didn't work out. in fact, we still don't have any sort of regular 'group' to 'belong' to. But here's where it gets interesting. There have been these few little gems th...

holy mischief: adventures close to home
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2010/01/adventures-close-to-home.html
Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Adventures close to home. Taken directly from a book i just rediscovered: succulent wild woman by SARK. Women deserve adventurous lives. as little girls, we served flower petals on plates made of leaves, and imaginary liquid in thimbles, wearing skirts made of old tablecloths. We adventured on our bicycles, which turned into imaginary horses. there were daily adventures, close to home, beneath the clothesline, in homemade forts, in our best friends' bedrooms. A tiny adventurous...

holy mischief: i love...
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2010/02/i-love.html
Sunday, February 7, 2010. Last night, we watched adventureland. Not what we had expected, but we liked it for sure. The two main characters reminded us of what it was like to be falling in love. For us, in college at whitworth. When we would just stare at each other in the car and be so in tune with how we felt about the other person that we could think of nothing else. So after the movie, we talked a lot about where we were and where we are now in our love. Tonight, i was listening to david wilcox.

holy mischief: June 2012
http://holymischief.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 3, 2012. I've exhausted every possible solution,. I've tried every last game there is to play. In this search for the Christ-like perfection,. I'm convinced I've only left my God ashamed. I cry I wonder can he hear my despair. Afraid to lift my hands, afraid he doesn't care. And if he answers and I fall again,. Can I still be his daughter? Can I still depend on him? When I'm down, search every mistake, I'm looking for new regrets. Sometimes I forget, I forget. His Grace is sufficient for me.
