Fee FEY foe fum. Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Well, after my last post, I was just having a hard time getting back on here to write. I guess I have been stuck in a rut, having an extra long pity party, freaking out, or some combo of these things, but I am back, for now! The other big news is that we picked a time to head overseas AND made flight reservations, which means this is really happening! Get back on another plane that night and arrive in South Africa a little after 6 on Monday morning. Crazy...

Fee FEY foe fum. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Down By The Creek Bank. The only bad thing was that Darin wasn't with us. So we decided to head back again this afternoon for more fun. First, check out my new ride. No, I do not normally ride on Tyson's bike, but my own bike is having some issues and it was way too hot to walk, so this was my only option. Let me tell you, next time I will walk! Jorin DiAnn-4 years old. Tyson Alan-6 years old. Running away from a pretend water snake. They just had the best time!

Fee FEY foe fum. Monday, February 28, 2011. Just over a year ago, I posted some breakfast for dinner. Recipes. Tonight I made the last recipe from that post and it was so good I just had to post it again! I did make a couple changes this time around, not necessarily for the better, but more for to save a little time and money! Usually cutting corners leads to a horrible outcome, but not this time! French Toast with Vanilla Cream Syrup. Cut French bread 1/2 inch thick. Serve with Vanilla Cream Syrup.

ONE DAY AT A TIME. Wednesday, May 21, 2008. I have been bit by the bug - or should I say a tick. I have been diagnosed as having African Tick Fever. I have been given some antibiotics and hopefully in a few days I will be feeling better. Scott has two tick bites, but not as severe. Of course the tick that bit me had more bacteria to transfer - YEH ME! You may be wondering how did I get bit by a tick? Not funny. After you are bit by a tick it takes 5 - 7 days to show signs of the bacterial infection.
