Saturday, March 6, 2010. This morning Mike went and helped volunteer at Bountiful Baskets. He had a good time and was glad he went to help out. He said he would probably do it again next week. One of the perks of volunteering in the morning is that you often get some extra produce. This was our haul this morning:. 2 bunches of asparagus. 2 blueberries packs (6 oz each). 1 bunch of spinach. 1 bunch of red leaf lettuce. 2 heads of cabbage. Our total for today was $23. All you have to do is cut in even straight lines. Our rider died on us last year so we have to push mow our 1.8 acres. It takes about 4 hours to complete the task. Why would I love. Because it's therapy for me. It's uninterupted time for me to think about. And ponder lifes BIG mysteries. To have my therapy time.
