Welcome to Miles for Martha. I lost my mom, Martha, to colon cancer in 2003. In 2006, colon cancer took my dad, Jim. In 2008, my good friend's four-year old son, Colson was diagnosed with Leukemia. Colson is seven now and after a long and difficult journey has recently been declared Cancer Free! These are the people for whom I ride. In November 2012, the Park family lost Mary, their wife and mother, to brain cancer. For the past five years family and friends have gathered around Miles for Mary as a tribute to her memory and in memory of a growing number of loved ones afflicted by this terrible disease. The 2018 Memorial 5K Run /Walk will be held on Saturday 10:00 AM, October 20 at Devereux Beach.
