I have been on a mission to find a reliable way to make Felafel. Tinned chick peas do not do the job at all…you need dried chick peas that are fairly fresh. The easiest way I found to get the shell off was to pierce the bean opposite the black “eye” and then the skin slipped off. I intend to carry on. I think it helps the ...
