There are two Sides to every story. April 22, 2008. RECIPE FOR BEEF STROGANOFF. One package egg noodles, cooked. One small can of Shitake mushrooms, sauteed. One-half pound of ground beef, seasoned with onion salt and browned. One package brown gravy mix, prepared. Grated swiss or mozzarella cheese to taste. Boil and strain noodles and then combine with meat, mushrooms, and cheese (I prefer swiss). Mix in gravy. Serve! Shannon doesn’t use mushrooms, but she adds onions.). Laquo; The Great Divorce.
